FERTILITY EVALUATION FOR MEN

It is very important that men have a fertility evaluation. At least 40% of fertility issues are due to the male factor. Additionally, in a number of cases both the man and woman have fertility issues.

Fertility testing for men involves a semen analysis and a blood test for routine infectious diseases.

Semen Profile

The semen sample is analyzed to determine how many sperm are in the semen, how many are alive, how many are moving, and whether they have a normal shape or morphology.

To obtain the most meaningful results, please abstain from ejaculation for at least two days, and no more than five days, before your appointment.
